In a highly competitive Project Homes market, Allcastle Homes recognised the need for a rebrand and repositioning as a premium project home builder and the need to maximise awareness for lead generation. MPA played a key role in the rebranding of Allcastle Homes and developing a media strategy transitioning to mass media, including Television, Catch Up TV, Video Pre-roll, Digital Display & Social. MPA created and produced a series of brand and retail television commercials and content purposed across multiple media channels including TV, Digital, Social, Point of Sale and Print, as well as executing a multi channel media buy. 6 years on, MPA has created and executed many more campaigns for Allcastle Homes. Allcastle Homes are now one of Australia’s most successful project home builders and recently celebrated 40 years in business.
